National Railway Office Becomes Official Sponsor of Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025 and Signs Partnership Agreement with “CAF”

The National Railway Office (ONCF) announced today the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with the Confederation of African Football (CAF), making the Office an official sponsor of the Africa Cup of Nations tournament to be hosted by Morocco in the summer of 2025.

This partnership aims to provide smooth and comfortable transportation for millions of fans between Moroccan cities hosting tournament matches, by enhancing train capacity during peak periods, operating special trips, and launching integrated ticket offers and packages combining rail transport and match tickets.

A statement from the National Railway Office confirmed that this cooperation reflects its commitment to supporting the continent’s most prominent sporting events, with a focus on the values of sustainability, inclusivity, and facilitating access for fans from various segments.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Fouzi Lekjaa, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation and First Vice President of the Confederation of African Football, and Mr. Veron Mosengo-Omba, Secretary General of “CAF”.

The Office indicated that it will put all its expertise and modern railway network at the service of the tournament, to ensure fast, safe, and comfortable transportation for fans, contributing to the success of this major African event and providing an exceptional experience for visitors.

This partnership falls within the framework of the Royal Vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God grant him victory, aimed at enhancing the status of sports, strengthening African unity ties, and supporting youth and continental ambition.

This cooperation is considered a pivotal step toward organizing an exceptional edition of the Africa Cup of Nations that meets global standards, with a focus on developing African football and serving fans and local communities.
